Spicy Beer Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 12-ounce bottle of beer
- 1 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place steak in a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over steak. Turn to coat.
- Refrigerate six hours to overnight. Grill as usual.
