Spicy Three-Pepper Rub

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Shake before using.
- Apply to the surface of uncooked steaks and ground beef patties just before grilling.
