Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered ginger
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic, onion and ginger powders
- Using an injector, inject marinade into all parts of the thawed meat. Gently massage meat to distribute marinade
- Place meat in a large plastic bag (cooking bag). Close bag and refrigerate overnight
- When ready to cook, drain meat pieces and discard marinade
